I came up with this method because I hated washing bottles after every feeding, esp nipples! I did not like leaving bottles all gross, covered in residue inside the sink. I also did not like leaving my bottles in a sink full of cold nasty water. Something about cold dishwater creeps me out! </p> <p><br/> -Rinse the bottle out and fill it back up halfway with water. <br/> -Squeeze just a dab of dish soap in the bottle. <br/> -Put the nipple back on. <br/> -Shake the bottle. </p> <p>This will form suds inside the bottle that will bubble up and clean the nipple too.
